The Role:
As a Solicitor / Legal Executive in a private client department, you will play a pivotal role in executing a range of wills & probate task and making a valuable contribution to the firm's operations.
Responsibilities:
Drafting wills and creating trusts.Formulating powers of attorney.Managing estate administration.Offering advice on inheritance tax matters.Ensuring clients are regularly informed about the progress of their cases.Implementing marketing strategies to boost team revenue, including generating articles and content.Contributing to the training and development of team members.Providing support to other colleagues within the firm as needed.Mitigating risk in handling various tasks and ensuring adherence to the firm's risk and file management procedures.Executing all responsibilities in line with documented procedures and systems outlined in the office manual and the firm's training seminars. Requirements:
Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.Experience working in a private client department.Capable of independently managing a case load.Open to utilising the firm's practice and case management system.Skilled in IT.
