We seek an ambitious qualified experienced solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for an exciting opportunity within a Litigation team of a growing firm in Tunbridge Wells.

The role will work closely with the head of the department. You will be involved in a caseload covering all aspects of property litigation.

We are looking for someone who is able to work autonomously and who is enthusiastic at the opportunity this role provides. You will provide a high-quality service and accurate legal advice to the firm's clients; working independently on your own caseload as well as part of the team.

The role will be required to proactively support the team's business development activities and build trusting relationships with local clients and professionals.
