Solicitor / Lawyer (Wills and Probate)

Our client is a well-established legal firm with an excellent team of legal professionals dedicated to addressing diverse legal requirements. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor / Lawyer to join their Wills and Probate team. You will efficiently manage and oversee client files within the Wills and Probate department.
Duties:
Draft will document and manage probate administration.Provide expert advice on Inheritance Tax and offer guidance on Capital Gains Tax.Supervise Lasting Powers of Attorney cases and oversee Enduring Powers of Attorney matters.Handle the creation and execution of Living wills.Administer various trusts and address legal matters related to the Court of Protection.Ensure the department consistently meets deadlines and fulfils client expectations in alignment with departmental objectives.Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for the firm and department.Adhere to firm policies related to money laundering and other risk management aspects, following the SRA Code of Conduct, and promptly report any breaches to the COLP.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.Track record of managing caseload of private client matters, such as wills, estate administration, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection affairs.Outstanding client care and service skills.
