The Role:

As a Solicitor / Fee Earner in a private client department, you will be creating legally sound and comprehensive wills, ensuring the accurate representation of clients' wishes and intentions.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive advice on lifetime planning, inheritance tax, and asset protection strategies.Handle non-complex matters independently with minimal supervision.Collaborate with senior team members, assisting in complex matters.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Solicitor, Legal Executive (Ideally NQ - 2 years) OR Paralegal with minimum 4 years' relevant experience. Proven expertise in Wills, Powers of Attorneys, and estate work.Ability to handle non-complex matters independently.
