The Role:

As a Solicitor / Fee Earner in a Family Law department, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal guidance and support to individuals and families in matters related to family law.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer or in a similar role.Possess 4-6 years of experience in Private Family matters.Expertise in divorce proceedings, financial matters, and child arrangement orders.Familiarity with pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.Capability in handling Injunctions.
