The Role:
As a Solicitor / Fee Earner, you will play a pivotal role in in handling various legal matters and facilitating resolutions in disputes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive advice notes for effective client communication. Review and draft notices in adherence to legal standards. Draft court pleadings with precision. Attend court hearings as needed, providing advocacy when required. Prepare clear and concise instructions to counsel for legal proceedings. Draft negotiation documents to facilitate effective resolution strategies. Ensure strict compliance with all legal deadlines for seamless case management.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Fee Earner or in a similar role. Ideally possess 2 - 4 years experience in litigation department. Experience with dilapidations claims. Capability to navigate boundary disputes. Familiarity with contested lease renewals. Skilled in handling S.8 and S.21 housing act matters. Competence in managing fast track and multi-track legal proceedings. Ability to address shareholder / director disputes effectively.
