We are actively looking for a Contacts Manger to join one of our key clients focussing on Solar PV & renewable installs on a permanent basis. You must be able to commute to either Stoke or Birmingham and have prior experience in solar/PV installs as well as running a team of engineers. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced manager with a passion for the growing renewables industry.

Contracts Manager duties and responsibilities:

Managing multiple teams of installation engineersManaging PV installation projects (domestic, one offs, and commercial)Accountable for financial targets, KPI's, budgets and project time scalesPre start surveying of all job typesProducing documents such as RAMS, data sheets, programs, commissioning documents, log books, emergency processes, etc.Producing and altering technical drawings Managing and organising labour and work requirements Site visits, quality checks and safety audits

Qualifications and experience:

Proven experience in Solar PV projects is essentialExperience managing multiple teams and contractsExcellent computer and communication skills Electrical qualifications will be extremely beneficialExtensive knowledge of both electrical and roofing aspects of PV installs
