As they are consistently expanding globally, and selling into over 30 countries, we they are seeking a passionate individual to spearhead our social media strategy and content creation for social media platforms.

Hiring Position: Social Media Manager

Employment Type: Full Time, Based in UK

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Function: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development: Develop a detailed and integrated social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and online community growth.Create a master social media calendar and craft relevant campaigns (organic or paid) for product launches and special events.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align social media strategies for optimal sales results and brand loyalty. Budget Management: Create and oversee the social media budget, allocating resources efficiently for content creation, advertising, and campaigns.Monitor expenditures against performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI. Content Creation and Management: Establish content strategy and planning for each product line, tailored to personas and target audiences.Generate innovative, high–quality content for various social media platforms and manage content produced by third–party agencies.Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness, incorporating multimedia formats. Tools and Platform Proficiency: Utilize the latest social media management tools and platforms for efficient content management.Implement search optimization for different platforms to enhance lead generation. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media activities, analysing data to refine and improve strategy. Market Trends and Adaptation: Stay abreast of evolving social media trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating insights into strategy development. Cross–Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Crisis Management: Manage and respond to social media crises or negative feedback professionally, maintaining the brand's reputation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Enabling Revenue Growth:

Community Building and Management: Increase community size and engagement levels by specific percentages.Social Media–Driven Sales: Establish a revenue target for each quarter or year directly linked to social media efforts.Conversion Rate: Set a conversion rate goal relevant to current performance and industry standards.ROI on Social Media Activities: Establish a baseline ROI and work towards improving it over time.Budget Management: Stay within budget while maximizing campaign effectiveness.Brand Sentiment Analysis: Maintain a predominantly positive sentiment and aim for improvements in neutral or negative areas. Campaign Effectiveness:

Audience Growth Rate: Specific percentage growth per quarter/year.Engagement Rate: Benchmark percentage increase in engagement monthly/quarterly.Content Reach: Steady increase in reach numbers, with specific targets for key campaigns.Click–Through Rate (CTR): Establish a target CTR based on historical data and industry benchmarks.Content Production Rate: Specific number of posts/content pieces per week/month, adjusted for each platform.Quality of Content: Achieve a certain quality score consistently.Innovative Initiatives: Launch a set number of innovative campaigns or initiatives per year.Response Time and Quality: Maintain or improve response times while ensuring high–quality interactions. Critical Job Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in skincare or a related industry.Demonstrated success in creating and managing social media campaigns.Proficiency in social media analytics, reporting tools, and content creation software.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast–paced environment.
