As Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in executing engaging strategies and campaigns for their diverse range of clients. Reporting directly to the Strategy Director, you'll be the heartbeat of their clients' communities on social media, fostering relationships with community members and influencers alike.
Your days will be filled with collaborating with the creative team to craft scroll-stopping digital content, running paid social campaigns across various platforms, and ensuring their clients' voices resonate online. You must have a passion for all things social media and be keen to stay ahead of social tech, and trends will ensure you hit the ground running in the position.
What you need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
A track record of working in social media with B2C brands for at least 3 years.
A passion for managing a social media community across various channels.
Experience working across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok).
Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience of managing projects with an ability to prioritise and deliver results.
Paid Advertising experience on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Great interpersonal skills and a passion for social media/digital marketing.
An unquenchable thirst to learn more and upskill.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and fostering influencer relationships.
Strong written skills.
