We are now on the lookout for a Social Media Manager play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives, with a dedicated focus on individual clients and projects.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Joining as our Social Media Manager you will be responsible for leading our creative campaign planning and management efforts. In this role, we need you to devise and execute campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and website marketing, encompassing content creation and optimisation. You will drive the planning and maintenance of retainer and project work to maximise output and profitability while identifying and mitigating potential risks. A key part of this position is client communication, where you'll uphold a high level of professionalism, maintaining ongoing dialogues, providing progress updates, and actively seeking client feedback to enhance our value proposition. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in setting and achieving KPIs, delivering insightful campaign success reports, and contributing to seamless performance storytelling during quarterly business reviews. Strong time management, attention to detail, and effective internal and client communication skills are essential for success in this role. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE .

3+ Years in a Social Media focused role within an agency.

Experience working across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram

Proactive commitment to enhancing digital skills and sharing knowledge within the team as applicable.

Uphold exceptional quality standards in work and conducting thorough testing and proofing prior to task completion.
