We are looking for a savvy and innovative Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence and reputation. You will be responsible for creating, managing and optimising various social media campaigns across different platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

As a Social Media Manager, you will work with the marketing team, product team and customer service team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our business goals and brand voice. You will also monitor and analyse the performance of the campaigns using various web analytics tools and provide reports and recommendations to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of current social media trends and best practices and be able to lead integrated social media campaigns from concept to completion. You should also have excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute all social media activities, including content creation, posting, engagement, influencer outreach and paid advertising- Manage and maintain our social media platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date, consistent and appealing- Measure and report on the performance of all social media campaigns using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics- Identify trends and insights and optimise campaigns based on the data- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and test new ideas- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development and customer service, to create cohesive and effective online marketing campaigns- Coordinate with external partners, such as media agencies, bloggers and industry experts, to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences- Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a tech company or agency- Demonstrable experience in designing and managing successful social media campaigns across various platforms- Proficient in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics- Highly creative with a keen eye for design and detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong teamwork and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media
