Social Media Executive
Summary
GBP26,950 up to GBP36,300 per annum
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Executive to join our award-winning Marketing department here at Lidl. The Social Media Executive will support the end-to-end production of content across Lidl's social channels, ensuring they align with our tone of voice, templates and guidelines to deliver on our social media strategy Working closely with our agencies and members of the Online and Social Media teams, you will be responsible for managing the content schedule and ensuring assets are briefed and delivered on time. This role is ideal for a self-starter looking for experience in a fast-paced and ambitious team.
We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. What you'll do
Running the day to day BAU social content calendar, ensuring assets are briefed and scheduled correctly for our social media channels. Supporting our social media agency to produce and deliver social content, including the organising of product samples Communication with buyers and internal stakeholders at different levels and across the business Coordination and briefing with external media agencies
What you'll need
Proven experience working within a social media role is desirable Experience of using workflow management systems such as ASANA Comfortable collaborating within multiple departments to deliver campaigns and projects Strong and confident communication skills - both written and verbal. Experience managing workflows with a large number of assets and social media formats Ability to work in a fast-paced and reactive environment Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting assignments
