Are you a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive with a proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms? We are seeking a talented individual with over 5 years of hands–on experience in creating engaging visuals, collaborating with freelancers, and executing effective social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation:

Collaborating with freelancers to conceptualise and create visually compelling content.Ensure the consistent production of high–quality graphics, images, and videos that resonate with the target audience. Social Media Management:

Implement and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.Schedule and post visuals on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to enhance content performance. Performance Monitoring:

Ongoing management of campaigns to check the cost–per–lead/click, engagement, and the ads themselves, making adjustments as needed based on your experience and best practiceActively monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.Monitor key metrics, track trends, and provide insights to optimise future campaigns. Social Media Growth:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's social media presence and increase follower base.Identify and leverage opportunities for cross–promotion and collaboration to expand reach. Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in social media management, with a focus on visual content creation.Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with freelancers effectively.In–depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
