On Tuesday 16/01/2024 Lincolnshire County Councils Adults Social Care teams will be at Market Rasen Racecourse from 15:00-19:00 waiting to answer all your questions.

New to Social Care

If you are considering a career in Social Care then come along and listen to our presentations and talk to our staff. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and learn all about the career options open to you for a career in Social Care at Lincolnshire County Council.

Already a Social Care practitioner

If you are already working in Social Care then this is the perfect opportunity for you to find out to get a GOOD career (see what we did there?) in Social Care. Our Qualified and non-qualified practitioners will be on hand to chat with you about the opportunities for development and career growth at Lincolnshire County Council, not to mention the amazing level of support and encouragement from colleagues and management.

What's going on?

There will be presentations from staff, an open forum with a chance for you to mingle and chat with our practitioners and ask any questions you like, plus preliminary interviews for those that are ready to take their first step in to GOOD.

Who will be there?

There will be Qualified and Non-Qualified practitioners along with management from the following teams.

Adult Frailty and Long-Term Conditions Social Work teams Hospital Service Social Work teams Occupational Therapy teams Safeguarding teams

Its an open day, so anyone can come along.

A Smarter Working Employer

We have embraced new ways of working and hybrid working will be a feature of this role. You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process.

Our technology platform and equipment is very good enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We require that you have in place good connectivity, and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.
