Very good used condition. There are some minor teeth scrapes to the surface of the paint on the cot as shown, not hugely noticeable. Cot has 3 heights then converts into a toddler bed as shown (bed guard not included). Photo of cot from when we were setting up our son’s bedroom.

Mattress can be included. This has never been used without a protector and we’ve never had any accidents so it’s in great condition.
