Our Client in Eaton Socon is looking for candidates with SMT Kitters.

Responsibilities

Assembling cable assemblies while stripping, tinning and crimping leads.Using a variety of hand tools such as, screw drivers, cutters, nut runners, crimpers, torque screw drivers.Working with-in a flow line team at the flow line facility when required.Potting both PCBAs and Units using mixing and dispensing machine.PAT Testing multi-level chassis units.Working with Engineering using customer supplied documentation during NPI process.Learn and perform basic troubleshooting protocols and rework for non-conforming unitsAbility to be flexible and handle priority changes as they occurMeet expected daily production requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience of electro-mechanical assembly an advantageKnowledge of and demonstrated ability in the use of hand tools including, screwdrivers, wrenches, and heat guns, with good manual dexterityPrevious experience of being IPC-A-610 certifiedExperience of soldering an advantageThorough understanding of workmanship standards and quality control procedures including compliance for ESDProvicient in Maths & English.
