I am looking a for a small plot of land/old building/barn to rent of no less than 400sq meters in a nice quiet location.

The plot does not necessary need water and electricity though this would be advantageous. Vehicular access would also be a benefit.

I will be using the plot for a wood working studio (I build and design sustainable furniture from pallets) and so would be looking to site a shipping container that I use for my workshop and storage.
