　　Meet Sloan, a resilient little girl who has faced more challenges than most. Sloan's journey began when she was found as a stray and brought to a local city shelter. The shelter environment, coupled with the uncertainties of her past, left Sloan overwhelmed with stress and anxiety. Her reactivity during the intake exam put her at risk for euthanasia, but fortunately, we were able to intervene and bring her into our care.Since being rescued, Sloan has been slowly decompressing, finding solace in a more nurturing environment. While we may not know Sloan's full history, it's evident that she's experienced hardships that have left a lasting impact. What she needs now is a patient and understanding adopter who is willing to take things slow and allow her the time to build trust.Sloan's journey to recovery is a testament to her resilience, and we believe that with the right person by her side, she can overcome her past and flourish in a loving home.
