Job Type: Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Shift Rota: Shifts available are 3pm - 11pm & 11pm 7am (premium paid for these shifts)

Using multi-axis, high-speed CNC machine tools, the successful candidates will be responsible for the machining of a full range of aerospace components.

The Skilled CNC Machine Setter will be required to set 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machine centres producing machined precision aerospace components.

As our Skilled CNC Machine Setter, you will be responsible for:

Setting CNC milling machines Setting on the machine tools Changing tools and holders Machine adjustments Simple program changes Problem solving on all machines. In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that applicants have the following attributes: -

Computer literate Office based software. Knowledge of engineering drawings Good understanding of engineering terminology Able to use various measuring equipment e.g. micrometres. Good communication skills Knowledge of setting 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machining centres (with minimum of 10 years experience) Training may be provided if required.
