JOB TITLE: Static Site Engineer

LOCATION: London (Leicester Square)

REPORTING TO: Mobile Supervisor/Contract Manager

DIRECT REPORTS: None

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Ensure consistent operational service delivery via efficient execution of day to day tasks on site as per contract.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To take complete ownership of a small 1 man site in the heart of Leicester Square.Liaising with any on-site customer being courteous and polite always.To ensure statutory and non-statutory compliance always. To ensure H&S compliance with visiting specialists and ABM engineers & ensure COSHH compliance.Follow any site-specific site rules/do's/don'ts.Deal with any day-day emergency and reactive events that may arise across site.Work closely with our on-site customer.Assist with providing information for inclusion in the monthly report.Planning and organisation skillsEnsure paperwork is uploaded onto a customers CAFM system (training will be given).Liaising with suppliers and specialists service providers.Liaising with a contract administrator and help desk with technical support and some administrative duties to ensure paperwork is kept up to date.Ensuring all paperwork is up to date regarding day to day activities.Keeping all ABM and specialist logbooks up to date.Update the customers CAFM system (Elogs & Riskwise)Keeping plantrooms clean and tidyCooling tower & L8 routine testingESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:

Good IT skills - Good communication skills. As this is customer facing at times.Good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.Good understanding of M&E Building Services.Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience in building services maintenance.ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT:

Relevant building services qualifications.City & Guilds desirableElectrically qualified or multi skill qualifications.DESIRABLE SKILLS: (but not essential)

Electrical / Mechanical / Confined Spaces LOTO.L8 training and cooling tower routine weekly testing.
