1st floor small Room available in a large family house with a shared bathroom and toilet on the ground or 1st floor. The kitchen and a small TV/dining room are available.

The occupants of the house would be professionals like me. Working from home, I have three teenagers that live with me every two weeks: a thirteen-year-old daughter, a fifteen-year-old boy, and a seventeen-year-old girl. We all have rooms on the first floor and a separate living room. My home is quiet and well-kept! My ideal candidate would be a professional who, like me, is neat and orderly and who observes the rules in a dignified way.

My house is clean and peaceful!
