34 year old singer and guitarist looking at setting up a little covers three piece for gigging some bluesy and heavy 70s stuff with a little psychedelic influenced soul sprinkled in. I have an excellent rig all ready to go and can drive. I spent ten years gigging professionally in various relatively known covers bands around the greater Manchester area and until last year I was still playing semi professionally before taking a break.

Hoping to find a drummer that knows when to hold back and when to make a right noise and a bassist that can fill out a three piece. Some backing vocals or the ability to sing some of the songs would be very welcome from either one or both of you, I’m not precious about singing all the songs and know my way around harmonies too!

My idea would be to have some interesting arrangements as well as straight covers, especially on the soul stuff and I have a lots of ideas ready. If this sounds interesting then let me know, I’ve some examples of me playing and singing, a decent start to a set list and am just hoping to get off the ground asap and making some money from playing again!
