Single or double room wanted

Total budget: £200pw (slightly negotiable) including bills.

Hi, I hate doing this but I'm desperate and I couldn't find anything on Spare Room. Plus the council and adult social services say they can't help. I'm sure I'm probably low balling but I can negotiate on price a bit.

I'm looking for a room to stay in whilst my mother is in palliative care. I can't say for definite how long I'll be staying but given the circumstances I don't think it'll be longer than a month or two.

The care facility is in NW8 so somewhere nearby or easy to transport to would be preferable, but not a necessity as anywhere in London would be closer than where I currently am.

I'm a working professional on paid compassionate leave right now. The room would be just for myself but I'd be living there full time until I no longer need to be in the London area.

If you'd like any more information feel free to ask. I can provide any proofs needed as well as a reference from my current landlord. However I cannot provide a guarantor.

I'm easy going, fully self sufficient and down to earth. Happy to stay with single males, females, couples or multiple residents in a house share.
