About the role:

As our Shop Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of KoKoDOO's daily operations. You'll lead our team in delivering an exceptional takeaway experience, from ensuring timely order delivery to maintaining the highest food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the restaurant and takeout, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth running and efficiency. Monitor and manage driver performance to guarantee timely deliveries. Maintain meticulous food hygiene and safety standards, adhering to all regulations. Manage stock levels and orders to prevent stockouts and waste. Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the positive and collaborative culture of the KoKoDOO team.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

Proven experience managing a busy takeaway food shop or similar fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A strong commitment to food safety and hygiene regulations. A passion for Korean cuisine and customer satisfaction. The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude, a can-do spirit, and a willingness to learn.
