Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for ship owners, captains, and port authorities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.Coordinate and oversee all activities related to vessel arrivals, departures, and port operations.Handle documentation and administrative tasks, including customs clearance, cargo manifests, and port regulations.Liaise with various stakeholders, including shipping companies, customs officials, and port authorities, to ensure efficient operations.Monitor vessel schedules, cargo loading/unloading, and berth allocations, ensuring timely execution.Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding vessel status, cargo availability, and port regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and resolve any operational issues. Requirements:

Possess a valid car and driving license, as some travel may be required.Availability to provide weekend nightshift cover once every two months.Ability to work standard hours from Monday to Friday, .Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple vessel operations simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.Prior experience in the shipping and logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
