You will be working for a global business who are world leader in their field, manufacturing small components operating a 24/7 state-of-the-art facility (call JMT to discuss in more detail). This is a big manufacturing facility with 250+ people on-site. They are investing significantly in the facility to take them to a "world-class manufacturing" level.

Role Purpose:

Predictive maintenance, both following and creating. Creation of Standard maintenance procedures. Experienced in defect monitoring and correction. procedures calibration and maintenance of critical process parameters. To undertake, and be responsible for ad hoc project work within the remit of the Maintenance Department.

To create and follow planned preventative maintenance procedures and react to breakdowns and faults:

Injection moulding machines Beam robots and sprue pickers 6 Axis robots Automated packaging lines and associated equipment Material feed systems and blenders Moulding machine services Tool water temperature controllers Hydraulics & pneumatics Granulators Conveyors Water heaters Printers and label applicators End of line boxing cells Routine Monitoring, calibration and maintenance of critical process parameters (as agreed with QA) - e.g. water dosing on Auto cell pack-lines
