Sewer Flooding Case Specialist

Full Time - 6 months plus

Hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home after training (approx 4 weeks)About the roleI'm currently looking for a Sewer Flooding Case Specialist to join my clients busy team.As part of the sewer flooding team, you'll be responsible for managingwritten complaints and queries received into the business in relation to waste wateroperational activities as well as providing proactive updates on sewer flooding includingprocessing GSS payment requests.You'll ensure that every customer you deal with receives the highest level of service andsatisfaction, liaising with the customer throughout journey as part of our case managementprocess.We work across multiple work streams, and our customers deserve a quick resolution to theircomplaint, so you must be organised and committed to resolving complaints within 2 workingdays. You'll work alongside other areas of the business to investigate and resolve customerqueries, building relationships and seeking the best outcome for all parties.

About youYou'll have exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.This is an essential part of this role as you will be managing customer contact by telephone,writing and face to face and willing to have brave conversations.Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as the ability to identify and solveproblems using a logical, objective and thorough approach.You should be passionate about delivering unrivalled customer experience and put thecustomer at the heart of everything you do.The successful candidate will have proven experience managing demanding workloadswhilst working to challenging deadlines. Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoftpackages, in particular word and excel, is also a requirement of this role.
