Description

We are currently seeking a Service Sales Account Manager to join an extremely reputable, family-run SME based in Irvine. As a Service Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for internally supporting the 'Contracts Development Executive' and continue to grow the service department.

You will be a contracts development support and will be working with the Contracts Development Executive and the wider sales team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Dealing with enquiries, taking calls and resolving issues Contacting customers to identify leads and win new contracts Booking appointments for the external representative Overseeing implementation of new contracts and incorporation into the service software Overseeing customer retention Daily administration tasks Updating customer details and tracking customer service renewal dates liaising with other internal departments to ensure every opportunity is maximised

Requirements:

Customer first mentality with strong organisational, presentation, and negotiation skills Confident speaking with customers and prospective customers on the phone Computer and literacy skills An enthusiastic team player Experience in operating and developing a sales pipeline

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
