Description

Our client based in between Banbury, Bicester and Brackley is a long-standing and successful company that provides advice and expertise to companies across the world. They are now looking for a Service Delivery Administrator to join their team, reporting to the Service Delivery Director. The role will involve liaising with different departments, performing administrative tasks and ensuring orders are kept up to date. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role and be comfortable using Microsoft Office.Main Responsibilities: Creating accurate sales and purchase orders, sales quotes, pro forma invoices, and instructions. Arranging, monitoring, and ensuring timely goods in and goods out. Monitoring sales process by liaising with related internal departments and external companies. Raising, processing, and monitoring Supplier & Customer Returns. Creating and issuing monthly reports, and monitoring the customer support inbox. Creating sales and margin analysis (weekly and monthly). Supporting Finance during the Commission calculation process. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly sales team meetings. Couriers in and out. Arranging, monitoring, and ensuring timely goods in and goods out. Any other duties reasonably required of the post holder by management, including providing support to the wider business.Key Skills: Previous office experience in an administrative role or similar is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Keen to learn and develop. Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Excel. Suitable candidates must be tolerant and have a keen eye for detail.Additional Information: Please note this is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5 pm and 4.30 pm finishing on a Friday, fully on-site. 23 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
