A client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 2:30pm. Paying between 24,000 - 27,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Service Coordinator role will include but are not limited to:
Administering and tracking service requests for efficient resolution.Managing documentation related to service and spare parts.Coordinating service technician schedules for customer visits.Facilitating communication between customers and the technical team.Overseeing the procurement, inventory, and shipping of spare parts.Maintaining accurate records of spare parts availability.Assisting in the preparation and distribution of customer documentationServing as a primary point of contact for customers.Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure their needs are met.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Experience in within a customer focused administrative, scheduling or planning role within a manufacturing and production environment.Experience using a CRM systemConfident and professional telephone mannerExcellent organisational skills
