Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth running of daily operationsCoordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with utmost efficiencyManage office supplies and inventory, making sure everything is well-stocked and readily availableEnsuring all quotations/orders are in accordance with the Company procedures.Maintain and update relevant databases and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityProactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve organisational effectiveness Requirements:
Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably with scheduling experienceAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet time constraintsStrong organisational skills, with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to interact with people at all levels of the organisation and external partnersProficient in using computer software and applications, including MS Office Suite and database management systemsDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt to changing priorities Perks and Benefits:
