Service Coordinator required for our client, a well–established drainage company based in the Swale area who specialise in the reactive and planned drainage maintenance for a number of commercial clients across the south–east of England.

Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator with previous drainage/water industry experience who would be able to join their fast–paced service team and assist with scheduling and coordinating engineering works, along with managing customer expectations and ensuring that all jobs are carried out in sufficient time and up to a high standard.

The successful Service Coordinator will have a background in a previous coordination/customer service role within the water industry, with experience specifically within the drainage industry highly desirable. The role will involve day–to–day communication with a number of clients and engineers in order to successfully schedule planned and reactive drainage works across the UK, so a strong background in administration and customer service is essential for the role.
