As a Service Coordinator for our Client, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the customers receive the highest standards of customer service. With ambitious yet achievable growth plans, we are looking for someone who is willing to apply a strong work ethic and deliver excellent levels of performance.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all KPIs are met for your assigned clients, and if any failings are made, you must escalate them to your line manager within 24 hours. You must proactively book pre-planned maintenance visits with assigned clients and work alongside our planner to ensure that contracts are completed in a timely manner.
