Our client is a very well-established company within their field and are dedicated to delivering the highest levels of service and technology at all times.
They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their busy office in Bognor Regis.
As a Service Coordinator you will be a key support for the Service Team and company as a whole.
In this role you will be -
Scheduling of service visits in a logical and efficient way.Schedule and order equipment for all remedial repairs ahead of time, negotiating prices with suppliers and using stock where possible.Liaise with sub-contractors, checking approval status, booking site attendance,negotiating prices and sending purchase orders in line with KPI's.Log, process and set up of new service contracts including creation of site file &schedule.Complete and amend engineer's diaries comprehensively with detailed and relevant information.Close contracts in line with procedures Experience Required for this role -
Minimum 2 Years experience in a service coordination roleDiary Management experienceStrong customer service and administration experience in a similar position Company Benefits -
