- Good excel and word skills to send letters to clients

- Support project managers and payroll - review timesheets and ensuring all information is correct

- Organise maintenance, servicing and installation queries

- Arranging PPE and other equipment providing logistical support

- Create qualification questionnaires to ascertain urgency of jobs
