Service Co-ordinator

Salary: Up to 25k P/A

Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30am - 5pm), Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm)

Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire

As a Service Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing, and efficiently dispatching orders.Managing and monitoring stock levels for optimal inventory management.Updating information on online systems for accuracy and accessibility.Liaising with engineers and businesses to provide tailored products and solutions.Organising and efficiently managing the workload of a team of engineers.To excel in this role, you should have experience in the following competencies:

Handling telephone calls, emails, and performing general office administration tasks.Assisting in general admin duties, scheduling, and proactive planning.Excellent communication skills suitable for interactions with individuals at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for effective task execution.Located within a commutable distance to Halifax for ease of work access.Be Part of Something Great:
