What you'll be doing;
Manage the Area's Workboard to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
Use the Enquires Log and other company IT management systems to log and process client work requests and enquiries.
Deploys manpower and to fulfil job requirements.
Identify and source materials and equipment required to progress jobs.
Processing and submitting work reports and KPI's to clients.
Ensure the fulfilment of work from point of instruction through to completion.
Ensure safety measures are communicated to work teams using RAMS, etc.
Modify generic RAMS and develops job specific RAMS to fit job requirements.
Maintain administration systems to manage and track work in real time (Enquiry Log, Resource management system, Customer management systems and so on).
Liaise with other Service Coordinators and Contract Controllers to ensure all job requirements are met and labour is effectively utilised, including between Work Areas.
First point of contact for field engineer support.
What we're looking for;
Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Good levels of computer literacy
Confidence in being the first point of contact
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Great at building relationships and communicating at all levels
