Our client, a Residential Social Landlord, is looking for an experienced Service Charge Analyst with a background in property services. This is a permanent opportunity based in central London.

A bit about the role:

The role will involve the accurate calculation, construction and issue of all service charges as well as ensuring accuracy of databases. You will be involved in the reconciliation of invoices and for actualising end of year accounts. As Service Charge Analyst you will be responsible for dealing with customer directly and resolving service charge issue and queries.

Our client would love to see candidates with the following skill set:

Excellent Excel skills including experience gathering, adding, manipulating and analysing numeric data. Ideally experience dealing with service charges and some knowledge of leases, tenancies, legislation and case law in relation to service charges and rents. Excellent communication skills. Previous experience working within property services in the housing sector.

In return our client can offer:

GBP36,000 - GBP37,000 35 hour working week. Flexible working with 1-2 days a week in the office. A great team that get along well and get the job done.
