Role
As a Service Centre Advisor, you will contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of customer service.
Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries either by resolving them there and then or passing them on to the relevant team. You will resolve enquiries consistently to team standards and promptly.
Experience
Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a similar roleGood IT skillsOrganisational, planning, and administrative skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing multi-channel enquiries.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Salary:
