Great opportunity for a Service Bookings Coordinator to join the customer service team of our well-established automotive client based in Reading. This will be a varied and busy role, with a key focus of building relationships with customers and garages to arrange appropriate vehicle bookings. Great company benefits and bonus scheme.

Responsibilities include:
Providing great customer service to support customers
Gathering requirements from customers and providing advise on timings/costs
Liaising closely with company approved garages to arrange customer bookings
Answering and resolving incoming customer enquiries
Ensuring the company system is kept up to date with relevant information
Handling any complaints in line with company procedure
Proactively responding to customer's emails and live chat messages

Requirements
Previous administrative or customer service experience within automotive industry
Friendly manner and positive attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to adapt to changing environments and multi-task effectively
Interest in automotive industry would be beneficial
