Working alongside a friendly team who are all pulling in the same direction, as a Service & Installation Engineer. A mix of in-house testing and the opportunity to travel internationally for on-site installation and service visits. The role will be extremely varied, from performing equipment installations and customer training to in-house commissioning and technical support. You'd be visiting some of the most prestigious research institutes out there!

This is the kind of work you'll be doing:

Responding to customers who are having technical issues.Testing products prior to them being dispatched.Supporting other departments such as NPD and Sales.Using your problem-solving ability to generate ideas for better ways of working.Travel internationally to conduct installations, service, and training. You will consider yourself to be meticulous with excellent problem-solving skills. You will also have:

A degree in engineering or science. This could be biology, mechanical engineering, physics, biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, or something similar.Experience in industry, ideally in a hands on or customer facing role.Fantastic communication skills.An inquisitive mind.Willing to travel internationally. Based in Sussex with regular travel: a driving license is essential.
