We are currently assisting our client, a well–established family–owned business, in recruiting a Service Advisor to join their growing, friendly team in their Swindon depot.

Duties:

This role is a busy hands–on opportunity filled with challenging yet exciting duties that include but are not limited to:Planning of schedule servicingTachos and MOT bookingsJob creationObtaining and updating of order numbersLiaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commencedRetail invoice costing. Requirements:

Enthusiasm with a dynamic personality who will share their energy and passion and contribute to their ongoing success.You must have an excellent telephone manner and computer skillsExperience in automotive industry is essential.You need to be pro–active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within the industry.Full training will be given. 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays – pro–rata in the first year.Holiday increasing with time served.Nest Pension Scheme.Company uniform provided. Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm with an hour unpaid lunchEvery third Saturday mornings 8.00am – 12 noon.Slight later finish on the last working day of the month to ensure all month end procedures are complete.
