Service Advisor (Car Dealership)

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Salary: GBP28k - GBP30k (DOE), OTE GBP36k - GBP42k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Monday - Friday, Saturday On Rota (1 in a month)

The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service, swiftly attending to customer inquiries and issues

Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication between customers and the dealership's service department, ensuring clear transmission of vehicle maintenance and repair needs.Manage appointment scheduling and the booking system to optimise service department resources.Ensure precise and punctual invoicing for services, upholding a high level of precision and thoroughness.Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Stay current with product information and technical specifications to deliver precise detail to customers. Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.Understanding of automotive products, services, and maintenance procedures.Competent in computer skills, including experience with (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office.Experience within a car dealership (Preferable). Benefits:
