The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are presently in the process of searching for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of our main dealer clients based in Chichester. They are currently undergoing an exciting expansion project and are eager to bring in another member of staff within the aftersales department to support and play an integral part in driving the business forward within aftersales.
The ideal Service Advisor will need to have experience within the automotive industry within a similar role and be a highly motivated, dedicated individual who can maintain the standards of customer service within the business.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Overseeing all post–sales inquiries, including job card preparation, scheduling appointments, generating quotes, and placing parts orders through the system.
Welcoming customers and overseeing the progression of their vehicles through the workshop.
Effectively and proactively meet predetermined targets with precision.
Achieving exceptional customer satisfaction levels that surpass manufacturer benchmarks.
Minimum of 1 years motor trade experience required.
The Package:
Basic Salary of GBP27,000 + GBP33,000 OTE
Brand accredited then will increase to GBP28,000 .
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 18:00pm + Saturdays 1 in 3 08:00am – 13:00pm .
