As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance

and repair services.

This role requires a customer-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of automotive services.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our service center.Listen attentively to customers' concerns and questions regarding their vehicles.Effectively communicate recommended services, maintenance, and repair options to customers.Conduct vehicle inspections and assessments to identify necessary repairs or maintenance.Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes.Prioritize and recommend services based on the urgency and importance of repairs.Schedule appointments for customers and coordinate service appointments with the service team.Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any delays that may arise.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and transactions.Ensure all service-related documentation is completed efficiently and accurately.

Successful candidates will have:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services.Familiarity with service center operations and processes.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in all IT software inclduign MS Office Suite Benefits:
