Service Advisor - Thirsk

As an HGV Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for top-notch service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with customers and assessing their service needs. Creating work orders and scheduling appointments. Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs and maintenance. Keeping customers informed of the progress of their vehicles. Providing cost estimates and obtaining approvals. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Maintaining accurate service records. Qualifications:

Previous experience as an HGV Service Advisor or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of HGVs and their maintenance is a plus. Computer proficiency and familiarity with service management software. A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
