Mayday Personnel are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support a leading car dealership located on the south coast. You will be the focal point for customers seeking advice, servicing and repairs for their vehicles. Providing excellent customer service daily.
Responsibilities:
Present customers with all products and services available
Maintain customer records, manage complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate and advise customers both over the phone and in person.
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team and managers, informing them of order status and arrising issues
Customer order management
Data and document management keeping up to date stock records
Qualifications Needed:
Full clean driving licence
PC, Microsoft and web literate
Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred:
Previous Service Advisory/ Service Executive experience
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Every 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00-13:00
