Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation, based on the outskirts of Colchester. They are looking to add a Senior Warehouse Operative - overseeing Reworks and Returns, to join their expanding team.Key duties include:Supervise employees and direct work as they undertake activities related to returns and re-worksEnsure returns and reworks are completed in a timely and effective manor, and that our business compliance is adhered to Ensure employees adhere to Health & Safety regulations and relevant lawsMonitor employee performance to ensure they are meeting company standards Monitor warehouse housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe work area is maintained Picking accurately from locations and notifying the fulfilment manager or warehouse manager of any shortagesPacking customer ordersSupervision of container loading and unloadingForklift truck drivingPlacing palletised stock onto rackingMoving stock around the warehouse Picking palletised stock and moving to appropriate areas of the warehouse Loading/unloading of containers The ideal candidate will Have previous warehouse experience or proven experience with a leadership position in a similar roleHave excellent communication skillsHave proven leadership and employee management skillsHave knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)Hold a valid Forklift Licence What is on offer:Competitive SalaryEmployee BenefitsTraining and DevelopmentNEST PensionFree Hot DrinksFree Onsite ParkingThe chance to be part of a fast-growing companyDue to company location you will need access to your own transport.Working hours are Monday to Friday 08.30-17.30
