Our client specialises in all areas of town planning and also advises on matters of land promotion and master planning; social–economic assessments; and, environmental impacts.

The company has offices across the UK and the successful candidate would join the West Midlands team and help provide a range of services to the company's client base, such as; Applications, Appeals and Expert Witnesses, Strategic Land Promotion, Development Appraisals, Strategic Advice and Master Planning.

Working within a hugely experienced and fast–growing team, you will work on a range of projects that fall into multiple sectors such as;

ResidentialTall BuildingsStudent AccommodationOffices, Commercial and RetailLogistics, Industrial and EmploymentLeisure and HotelsEnergy, Minerals and WasteHealth CareRural PlanningEstate Diversification Qualifications & Experience Required

An RTPI–accredited degree or Masters in a related discipline.MRTPI (or close to submitting)Commensurate experience at Senior or Principal Planner level (Public or private sector applications welcome).Good communication skills.Good client liaison skills.Good negotiation skills.Project management skills.Solid report writing skills.Understanding of the UK planning process.BD/Networking experience advantageous, but not essential Salary / Benefits
