Town Planner / Senior Town Planner

Up to GBP45,000 per annum

Carrington West are working with a leading, fast-growing firm dedicated to delivering innovative planning solutions that enhance communities and create sustainable, well-designed spaces. Their team of experts is committed to helping our clients navigate the complex world of urban development, and are seeking a talented Town Planner to join us in our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on a variety of development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and support documentation.

Engage with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Provide expert advice on planning policy, regulations, and development potential.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide the best guidance to our clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

You will need:

A degree in Town Planning or a related field.

Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Proven experience in the private sector, including project management.

Excellent knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
